Yep, that is always the quandary isn't it- do you wait for the perfect price or grab a few somewhere near it? $20 or so would be nice but otherwise there should be a bargain somewhere else.
One of the pitfalls of 'timing' the market is that punters wait so long for the perfect price that they miss out completely. The economist's dictum, don't be a dick for a tick, probably expresses the same sentiment somewhat.
