- Westpac announces interest rate for nzd subordinated notes
- The interest rate for the notes will be 4.6950% per annum
- Says offer size has been set at NZ$400 million
- Offer opens on 5 August 2016 and is expected to close on 26 August 2016
- Interest rate for notes will be 4.6950% per annum, which reflects a margin of 2.60% per annum over New Zealand 5 year swap rate
