May 17 (Reuters) - Westpac Banking Corp (WBC) :
- Announced the offer of Westpac Capital notes 4, a new security which is expected to be quoted on the asx
- Says expects to raise approximately $750 million from the offer
- The offer is expected to open on 26 may 2016
- Notes will qualify as additional tier 1 capital
- Each note will have issue price of $100 and expected margin of between 4.90%
and 5.10% p.a. above the 90 day bank bill rate
