The problem here is you're working on the assumption that you will get a full $30k allocation with no scaleback.
If the SP holds at/near its current level about the SPP price, then many holders will be applying for the max allocation irrespective of their interest in holding WBC due to the arbitrage value, and there will likely be a scaleback.
So if you want to hold 1185 shares you may have to buy some back on market after the SPP, or alternately you may decide you're ok with a reduced holding of whatever the scaleback amount is.
