Best of luck assuming no scaleback.
Considering the current price difference (Offer Vs Market) and fact that company had 600k shareholders as at 03 October (source: 2019 annual report released today) most of which would be eligible to apply, I think you'll find $500m doesn't go very far (even if you assume an average application of say $20k).
IMHO even if the SPP offer was upsized to $1bn it'll probably still be scaled back.
