SYDNEY, Oct 31 (Reuters) - Westpac economists have changed their call on New Zealand interest rates and now expect no cut at the Reserve Bank of New Zealand's (RBNZ) policy meeting on Nov. 13.
The shift from the influential house, saw the kiwi dollar extend an overnight rally to reach $0.6408 NZD=D3 and move away from Wednesday's low of $0.6335.
