other than government agencies i always give a false date of birth e.g (chiropractor, gp, dentist etc etc).. obviously how on earth do i know the server they keep in the back office has any security at all!!
voice recognition is the obvious for now as well as 2 factor phone authentication. Some government agencies have already adopted voice recog.
and yes. your phone gets phished.. then what?
