i would like to know what organisations are doing about verification of a person who calls them given all personal details are now out there ?
voice recognition time?
as an ex Optus customer its a scary, full of holes, scenario.. and not just because of Optus.. i was in i.t. for years, hacking is prevalent, reporting is not...
constantly checking bank accounts and trading accounts
there must be a better way!
