Don't know how the "Chinese War Machine" aspect has come into this, but sure. If the implication is the call centres are based in China, I don't think believe they are as it just says the call centres are based overseas. I personally don't mind where the call centres are from because I've been able to get what I needed from those inquiries. Good for Aussie jobs, I guess.
