    Feb 25 (Reuters) - Sibanye Gold Ltd SGLJ.J :

    • Sibanye and Waterberg Coal Group terminate discussions
    • Currently no negotiations in coal sector that have reached an advanced level of importance or materiality
    • Parties have been unable to agree on revised terms post completion of due diligence; all discussions have been terminated
    • Still in process of evaluating other potential investment opportunities in coal sector that would add commercial value to co's energy strategy
