I've worked at NRC for 4 years as a contractor. I'm shocked that this could happened at a facility where you can't walk around with your shoe laces untied for more than 20 seconds before someone pulls you up for it being "unsafe"
I really must admit that the safety culture at NRC was second to none. almost to the point where you couldn't do the work because there was so many safety procedures and barriers in place.
rest in peace my friend. no one should lose their life trying to provide a better life for yourself / family. working away is a sacrifice.
NRC will be an intensely different place now I can imagine.
