The Sangomar field has ~3.6 billion oil in place.
The current phase1 development is only targeting ~200 million barrels.
The real profitability comes in when you can do phase2+ and extract the rest of the oil while already having the infrastructure in place and paid off.
Normal recovery factors for west african fields are around 33% of oil in place.
