July 11 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1500 GMT on Thursday:
** Private equity firm Bain Capital will buy Envestnet ENV.N in a $4.5 billion deal, with backing from a cohort ofinvestors, including BlackRock BLK.N and Fidelity Investments, the financial software vendor said.
** Institutional Shareholder Services has recommended Vista Outdoor VSTO.N shareholders to vote against the proposedmerger of the company's ammunitions unit with Prague-based defense firm Czechoslovak Group (CSG), in a letter seen by Reuters.
** Hedge funds Nut Tree Capital Management and Caspian Capital are making an offer for Martin Midstream PartnersMMLP.O , a letter seen by Reuters showed, aiming to scupper a bid from the fuels storage and transporter's largest shareholder to buy it out.
** Singapore-based ride hailing firm Grab's GRAB.O deal to buy smaller rival Trans-cab Holdings is likely tosignificantly lower competition in the domestic market, the city-state's competition watchdog said.
** AustralianSuper, the country's biggest superannuation fund, has bought a 5.02% stake in Woodside (WDS) , making it the energy giant's second-largest shareholder, an exchange filing showed.
** Singapore-listed data centre real estate investment trust Keppel DC REIT KEPE.SI and sponsor Keppel KPLM.SI are set to buy a data centre in Tokyo for 23.4 billion yen ($145 million), in the REIT's first Japanese acquisition.
** Honeywell HON.O said on Wednesday it would buy Air Products' APD.N liquefied natural-gas process technology and equipment business for $1.81 billion in cash, marking the industrial giant's fourth acquisition this year.
** Google parent Alphabet GOOGL.O decided not to pursue a takeover of online marketing software company HubSpot HUBS.N weeks ago, a person familiar with the matter said on Wednesday.
** The National Basketball Association has finalized a $76 billion deal that will make Comcast's CMCSA.O NBC Universal and Amazon.com's AMZN.O Amazon Prime Video new partners, and it will maintain Disney's DIS.N ESPN as the home of the NBA finals, the Athletic reported on Wednesday, citing sources.
