Yeah, there's probably a lot of truth in that.
At some point both the State and Federal Govt is going need to remove the Iron Ore tax windfalls from the Forward Estimates, and they'll need another fudge to fill in the gap. Kind of ironic if it's gas, given how much they've demonised it in basically every State except WA.
