my fault ... I should have been more specific. I dont see the need for the plan except to appease activists... but it seems to be a mildly genuine attempt to keep everyone happy even at the risk of dissuading investors who think climate change angst is crap for Australia.
So, for it to be rejected by activists strikes me as ... well, ridiculous.
