This is excellent news. What it does is change the thinking about WDS from an O & G company to also an infrastructure company. While the revenue will not be as much as if WDS owned the gas, what it does do is keep the assets working and keep cost of production down. Revenues are much more stable as well. I can see no negatives with this announcement.
