Ridiculous!
What about the benefits any fossil fuel Woodside might find. It will provide power for millions of people. What about the greater good?
How one person can have this amount of power because of a 'deep concern' that something 'might' happen to whales and turtles is just wrong. The judge seems like an activist judge and should be called out if he is.
What about the 'deep concern' of people needing power?
