Key Points
• WDS acquiring OCI's 1.1mtpa low carbon ammonia plant in Beaumont,
Texas, for US$2.35bn (80% payable 2H-24, 20% on plant completion).
• When combined w/Driftwood and Trion, WDS gearing is heading to
25%, above its 10-20% gearing range (lower div payout is possible).
• We believe timing of deal clearly driven by OCI's sale process and ability
to become an early mover in the low carbon ammonia market
