I don't like dealings with Dubai (unless I am mistaken about the relevant court jurisdiction). There is no point relying on the court system there if there are problems or misrepresentations. Also the synergies are very skinny. Couldn't they have kept their powder dry for something with better metrics, and a greater margin of safety? It does show confidence that Guscic sub underwrote it however.
40% of the offer left for retail - that is a lot for retail IMO. I don't think that matches what I would have expected from the top 20.
