Well that resource says 37.4m EBITDA for FY16. However you would need to deduct online republic from FY17's earnings (was 12.1m EBITDA in 2016), and Zuji (could guess it was $7m in FY16, and $0m in 2017), and deduct the TC deal from 2017 ($11m EBITDA by the looks). Without adjusting for the crap raise, you might be looking at 30.4 adj FY16, and 37.6 adj in FY 17 for the very same businesses, if I am not missing something significant - which I quite likely could be.
If anybody has a better idea - would love to get their figures.
