As posted I followed up Paul today, some news as follows
1/ Mining leases will be sold and funds kept for ongoing business expenses,
2/ The share holders meeting will be in Perth and if approved it is expected that the AGM will be in Sydney,
3/ One hold up which has been resolved was the outstanding 12% to enable 100% acquisition has been due to those investors being in the USA. Now done.
4/The EER rate is still undergoing testing and improving as reported previously.
5/Some minor hold ups with Docs and ASX but doesn't see any issues there.
6/The new name that I posted Wavefront Biometrics Ltd which had been reserved an unless otherwise dealt with at the SH meeting should be the new name.
7/ Investors must appreciate that once the takeover is effected and CR completed then the business of developing the tech will kick in, and those that believe in the tech should see great returns, but as Paul said the i's need to be dotted and t's crossed and that it just doesn't happen in 5 minutes.
He said there no point annc anything until there is something to annc and when the merger is completed we can expect reasonable news flow.
8/ Still working out final details on CR price
Seemed upbeat about it just said we all need to be patient as many have said.

Thanks lgs. So why couldn't they release a company update with all that info? If they had I have no doubt the share price would not be where it is today.
