There were a number of major problems with the Voice.
    1. It made no sense.
    2. It was not focusing on many of the root causes of indigenous issues.
    3. The Yes campaign was awful.
    4. It led to divisiveness.
    5. it cost a lot of money for no outcome; and diverted the Govt. from the priorities that people had voted them in to do .
    6. It was used by self-appointed pseudo-moralists to insult Australians. i.e. "self interest and pettiness won the day."

The tactic of Companies funding marketing for the Yes Campaign only made the Campaign worse. So whatever the reason Company Management supported the Voice was nullified by the effect it had on people who correctly thought they were being bullied.

Once the Yes Campaign decided to abuse and insult Australians, it was very clear that Problem 6 was dominating. If as you say Management had a Corporate Profile to manage (which i agree with) they should have made public statements stating that they did not support bullying and insults. They did not do this. Hence it is fair presumption that they supported and funded those tactics.
Hence the Corporate profile image they projected was one of bullying, theft and intentional destructive tokenism. This was not in the interests of shareholders.
