well... you are most certainly welcome to try. And I would support it. It only takes a phone call to ascertain whether it has a realistic chance.
But I would only be interested if the outcome was the Directors had to pay back the money to the Company - and I suspect this could be a challenge.
So I think I have moral agreement but not pragmatic agreement.
