My search shows Vanguard is about 5%. Black Rock is about .4%. So yes I agree Vanguard could be an issue. Definitely worth considering pulling out of Wes entirely and focus on Companies not controlled by 'dumb money'.
Worth watching.
To be frank, I think all the top 13 may be a concern.
The day of the blue-chip could be on the way out.
