The beauty of this scenario over other takeovers is our shareholders have mostly been it for the long haul already (and own 70%).
LNG will be hard pressed to convince any of them of the short term benefits of a "take the money and run" situation from a low-ball offer.
It all boils down to this:
LNG have to pay what we are really worth.
$1.7 million dollars per DAY !! Now, those are nice numbers.
