For me the most frustrating thing at the moment is management refusing to actually come out and discuss the persistently large discount to NTA. These things do happen with LICS and I think that shareholders would be far more sympathetic if there was a bit of self awareness and acknowledgement of the problem a long a strategy going forward to close this gap. Instead they don't even mention it in announcements.
