There were very mixed messages put out as to why the WGX BOD wanted GCY minus FFR.Most of the reports seemed to spend more time crtiticising the GCY BOD and their proposed merger.Most I think believe the rationale was to buy a new mill on the cheap.Why this was necessary/good was not in my opinion well set out.We will have to see what the WGX BOD does next.
