I do not think that 1 for 4 will get the GCY deal done, it's a low ball offer that will be rejected.
The interesting thing will be the wait.
Will WGX or anyone else come in with another better offer before the GCY shareholders vote on FFR?
Keep an eye on that GCY/FFR merger voting date, and especially after this WGX offer is rejected.
The fact is, there has never been a better time for anyone to get their hands on GCY, but that may change after the FFR merger, so there are critical time constraints on any potential new deal.
Does anyone have the cojones to step-up to the plate, with a decent respectable offer?
We are about to learn now, who has the balls to operate in this space, and who will be made to look like fools !!!
