Apart from Wayne’s approach I think their strategy is misguided.
The large raising in 2020 to recapitalise GCY was effectively at 50c post consolidation so their offer isn’t probably going to hit the mark with those holders 12 months on.
The other thing with lowball offers is you risk encouraging other potentials rather than the knockout blow approach.
Nonetheless, Nrw maybe coerced into an agreement if their outstanding liability payment was upfront settled and some compensation for their contract .... they could easily redeploy people and equipment in the WA market atm.
