Suspect it maybe more of an RNC funding issue then WGX issue.
If I recall, WGX wanted take their position in RNC up to 19% of the company as part of the deal and then the reminder required had to be funded in cash.
@arsenic do you know when the set off resource/reserve numbers are due?
