I disagree - most miners are hard workers and presently on contract they are constantly in fear of being sacked for no reason - so they don’t speak out because of this - Grosvenor is good example - they had many gas outs that was never reported. - Coal Miners should be allowed to have permanent status - and not be told to leave with no compensation. - they maybe paid extra but management are too production oriented, and the inspectorate too weak so it is not a good combination
