correct me if i am wrong @hagetaka but the 7 cents divvy is in the lowest range of payout i.e the 20% range as you predicted right? so management is conserving cash for the acquisition and paying out at lowest percentage it can as part of its capital framework allocation? If so there is no problem with this divvy as we know that they are conserving the cash in order to build a money making machine in the future!
