in regards to mergers and acquisitions part... i sure hope they get another project from some private mob where they simply hand them some equity in whn etc... in similar manner that they got the seychelles project etc... me thinks its the easiest way to get ones hands on a decent project nowadays, cos i wouldnt have thought that there is much good ground left to be taken in the government concession rounds...
