@rivella.. Riv, WIC has been the gift of giving this year ! Having a look at their portfolio today, their main holdings are up again, but I note that the discount to NTA has now closed considerably and I wouldn’t expect a large rise in SP from this point on unless one of their key holdings, doubles or something like that. I don’t plan on selling unless the mining and mining contractor sectors goes pear shaped and will retain my holdings for the divvy and any further rises in the SP that may come along. It surely has to be one of the best performing LICs (off the Mar/Apr low). My buys at 62c make me look like a genius, but if had been that smart, I would have backed the truck up. My other good buy was SEC at $1.29. Still, you can have all the good ideas in the world, and never have enough money to back yourself. Merry Xmas to all the other WIC happy holders !
