    Dec 23 (Reuters) - Westoz Investment Company Ltd (WIC) :

    • WAM CAPITAL AND WESTOZ SET TO MERGE
    • WESTOZ SHAREHOLDERS WOULD RECEIVE 0.652 NEW WAM CAPITAL SHARES FOR EACH WESTOZ SHARE THEY HOLD
    • CONDITION OF PROPOSED TRANSACTION IS THAT CO WILL NOT PAY AN INTERIM DIVIDEND
    • ALL WESTOZ SHAREHOLDERS RECEIVING WAM CAPITAL SHARES WILL BE ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE WAM CAPITAL FY2022 FULLY FRANKED INTERIM DIVIDEND
    • DIVIDEND TARGET FOR WESTOZ IS WITHDRAWN
