Wild Acre Metals (ASX:WAC) is set to outline capital raising details, with the ASX granted the company a trading halt to prepare.
Last month detailed mapping and sampling confirmed the company's Agua del Milagro Prospect as a high priority target area.
Two rock chip samples from outcrop ran 3.0g/t gold with 49.6g/t silver and 0.19g/t gold with 86.7g/t silver from irregular veins and veinlet networks comprising quartz, calcite, barite and iron oxides.
The prospect is located in Peru.
The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Monday 9th March 2015, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
