    Dec 13 (Reuters) - Wollongong Coal Ltd (WLC) :

    • Asx alert-binding heads of agreement with Bellpac-wlc.ax
    • To pay Bellpac a settlement sum of $6.3 million in return of Bellpac, Anthony John Warner and WCL providing release in relation to all claims
    • Entered into a binding heads of agreement (hoa) with Bellpac Pty Limited
    • Bellpac is to return to WCL or its nominee 2.47 billion shares in wcl (shares) or otherwise consent to cancellation of shares
