    • NSW department investigation
    • Notes article in Illawarra Mercury regarding investigation by NSW's state

      government's mining regulator

    • Article regarding investigation by regulator following allegations co is not

      a "fit and proper person" to hold a mining license

    • Says wcl does not consider it appropriate to comment on this investigation
    • Says WCL assures of full cooperation with the investigation
    • Says WCL considers the allegations to be completely baseless
