June 26 (Reuters) - Wellard Ltd (WLD) :
- Separation settlement update (WLD)
- Adjustment amount, which wgh holdings pty ltd (wgh) must pay Wellard to
deliver Wellard balance sheet, agreed at $15.8 million
- Says after taking independent advice, the committee has entered into
negotiations with wgh seeking to agree a 3 month loan
- Wgh advised committee that seeking to make arrangements which will enable it
to pay adjustment amount within 3 month period
- Intends to make such repayment without recourse to selling any of the Wellard
shares it owns
