It will likely come down to the recommendation of the QVE board and what any substantial shareholders choose to do.
One thing the QVE board will have to weigh up is the higher fees Wilson charges.
Their strategic review could also throw up some alternative ways of realising value for QVE shareholders. A couple that spring to mind is simply wind up the company, sell the assets and return proceeds to shareholders, or convert to an unlisted fund.
It will likely come down to the recommendation of the QVE board...
