I have a modest holding , and I am aiming to sell at just a bit above where it is now.
You really have to feel that if any money is made in Wilson's vehicles , these days , it only gets thru to shareholders by accident .
However , this sort of transaction , buying LIC's at a big discount to their nta , plus a big franking credit account , I have no problem with that.
At least if I am a WLE holder. If it comes off it is easy money.
However , unless the holders at QV are asleep , the bid seems very light on substance ,
I will leave it to Bob to give us what the value per share of QVE is , in an exchange of 1.4675 at todays closing price.

The question then needs to be asked , why not sell just QVE and buy WLE if you have seen the light and wish to join Bob in the temple?
