I am not absolutely opposed to it although this morning's market activity indicates that there are plenty who do not like it at all. I do question why it has been activated through WLE though, when as others have said, WAR was set up for this type of M&A. As for whether it is a good deal then holders need to look at the portfolio being held and check the catalysts that are in the wind or yet to play out. On that score it does not look too bad. However I look at the companies in the portfolio and wonder whether they fit within the charter of the WLE reason for being.
