But based on the current share prices the Offer represents $0.923 per share and its currently trading at $0.935.
The current price is only at an NTA discount of 8.33% based on the NTS released last week. I wouldn't regard this as "way below asset value". Current shareholders could just sell now to if they were happy to get out at that level discount.
Regarding your point "once the QVE shareholders become WLE owners, the assets in WLE will, almost certainly, be subject to lower fees than at present."
Current WLE management fee is 1%, current QVE management fee is 0.75%.
There's little or no reason for QVE shareholders to accept these terms.
But based on the current share prices the Offer represents...
