It seems Bob isn't going to come thru with those valuations.
So , as of 20 minutes ago , QVE shares are worth 1% more than the WLE offer.
Note , however , QVE goes ex divi in a couple of weeks, 1.3c
WLE in about 3 months , 4.5c.
This changes the relativities a little.
If I were QVE , and I felt like playing defense , would changing the divi , cleaning out as much of the franking credit account as possible , be useful?
Will be fun to watch this little battle.
