I spoke to some of the Australian engineers who built the plant about 4 months after it was finished , they could not believe how unproductive the local work force were , often not the workforces fault , but more to do with unions and demarcation , sad for the workers , but they should have got their unions to act in their interests by working to increase employee and plant production not to reduce production per worker .
