I only found out a few weeks ago after asking my full service broker - it's a valid question, $0.0005 should be a useable price point given that $0.0015 is.
It would certainly help those dead stocks that are stuck on a spread of $0.000 and $0.001 with nobody able to exit and nobody wanting to pay an infinite percentage price difference from the highest bid.
