Jan 10 (Reuters) - Australia's Worley Ltd (WOR) on Wednesday said it disagreed with the decision of an arbitration tribunal which upheld allegations by the Ecuadorian government that the engineering firm's conduct amounted to corruption, illegality or was in bad faith in relation to a service contract.
