    World.Net Services (ASX:WNS) has been granted a trading halt by the ASX, with its shares placed in pre-open.

    The company requested the halt regarding the submission, by WNS, of an indicative, non-binding, and conditional offer to acquire 100% of the issued share capital of a director-related entity.

    The halt will last until the earlier of the opening of trade on Wednesday 13th May 2015, or when an announcement is made to the market.
