WorleyParsons Limited (ASX:WOR) has scored an engineering, procurement and construction management services contract from Chevron Munaigas.The engineering firm says it will work for Chevron Munaigas’ Samal Wind Park Project located in Kazakhstan. The project includes the development of a wind-powered electrical generation facility and enabling works.WorleyParsons CEO Andrew Wood says Chevron is building one of the first wind parks in the country which will bring new technologies to diversity Kazakhstan’s economy.The financial amount of the contract win has not been disclosed.WorleyParsons reported a net profit of $269 million in the full 2014 financial year.
