** Vietnamese investment management firm VinaCapital is considering the sale of SkyX Solar in a deal that could value the Ho Chi Minh City-headquartered solar rooftop power developer at over $100 million, three sources with knowledge of the matter said.
** Norway's Telenor TEL.OL said it had agreed to sell its Pakistan unit to state group Pakistan Telecommunications PTCA.PSX in a transaction valuing the unit at 5.3 billion Norwegian crowns ($490 million).
** ABN Amro said it was buying online brokerage Bux for an undisclosed sum to increase its market presence with younger investors.
** China's embattled Country Garden 2007.HK said it will sell a small stake in a Dalian Wanda unit back to the Dalian Wanda Group, with the proceeds of about $428 million going towards the restructuring of the property developer's offshore debt.
** New Zealand's Arvida Group (ARV) said that it had rejected a NZ$1.24 billion ($773.02 million) takeover offer it had received from an offshore infrastructure fund in September.
** TMX Group X.TO , the owner of the Toronto Stock Exchange, said on Wednesday it had acquired an around 78% stake in U.S. data analytics company VettaFi Holdings for $848 million (C$1.14 billion).
** The Australian competition regulator approved Viva Energy's (VEA) acquisition of convenience store operator On the Run (OTR Group) from Peregrine for A$1.15 billion ($765.90 million), sending the fuel supplier's shares over 5% higher.
** Private equity firm Bain Capital sold a stake worth $448 million in Indian private lender Axis Bank AXBK.NS in a block trade on Wednesday, according to a term sheet seen by Reuters.
** Australia's competition watchdog said it will not oppose Woolworths' (WOW) acquisition of a 55% stake in specialty pet retailer Petstock Group.
** Grupo Santander's asset management arm has reached an agreement to buy BNP Paribas' BNPP.PA asset management operation in Mexico, the Spanish bank said on Wednesday.
** Carrier Global CARR.N said on Wednesday it has entered into a definitive agreement to sell its global commercial refrigeration business to its joint venture partner Haier 600690.SS for an enterprise value of $775 million.
** Pembina Pipeline PPL.TO said on Wednesday it would buy Enbridge's ENB.TO interests in the Alliance Pipeline, Aux Sable and NRGreen joint ventures for C$3.1 billion ($2.30 billion).
